Upgrade and Conceal

The Ei1516 Masking Plate is designed to cover any marks left from rectangular shaped alarms when upgrading to 3000, 2110e, 160e or 140RC Series smoke and heat alarms, Ei168RC RadioLINK bases and Ei128R/Ei128RBU Relay Modules which are round in shape. It has adhesive strips to keep the plate aligned when installing.

Operation of the Ei1516 Masking Plate

The masking plate can be attached to the base of an alarm/unit.
The plate and base can then be screwed to the ceiling, covering any marks left from the previous alarm.
